Condition & Replacement
Condition-based — per your machine manual.
- Jaw faces get a visual check daily and a detailed condition check weekly (scoring, elastic elements, even contact).
- The paper-impression check in the machine manual compares jaw contact across the width.
- Judge seal quality only after the temperature has stabilized.

Identifying a Sealing Part
Faces and elastic elements differ per jaw type.

- Part number, where marked or listed
- Photos of the jaw faces installed and close-up
