Typical Components

The exact configuration depends on your machine model. Your spare parts documentation — issued per machine — lists the qualified items for your serial number.

Condition & Replacement

Condition-based — per your machine manual.

  • Guide rails and wear strips show the fault before they fail — grooves and product marks mean position drift is already happening.
  • Flights and lugs are checked for bending and wear during the weekly pass.
  • Infeed belt surfaces are cleaned daily; glazing that survives cleaning is a replacement signal.
Technical Note

Replacement criteria are defined per machine in your Path Pack documentation. Feeding wear directly produces the symptoms in Product Misalignment and Product Spacing Problems — track those trends when deciding.

Identifying a Feeding Part

Position photos matter most here.

  • Machine model and serial number
  • Part number, where marked or listed
  • Photos of the part installed — feeding elements look similar across positions
